The whole world knows the famous proverb " Health is wealth"

and the brain behind this proverb is being fit,healthy and fine in all forms in mind, body,etc.

In ancient days, the concept of fitness and body maintenance was not stressed so much and only people in sports ,military,navy,airforce,cinema,modelling and airhostess,pilots were concentrating on this heavily because it was a professional committment for them without which they cant perform well in their job.

In ancient days,other professional people had lots of physical activity themselves because no gadgets were available like washing machine or dish washer and every activity including making rice flour was done with hand. In todays world competition is thick and business and lifestyle has changed tremendously in every family and to some extent most of the family make use of the gadgets which is affordable for them at minimum level.

Also the rise of many activities and occupation of women with tight and hectic schedules focusing on a holistic aim to bringup their children in a best manner with good sandwitch combination of education and all extra-curricular activities makes them use gadgets and always devote most time for children or husband or inlaws or parents.


so the attention paid to fitness for modern ladies is low because sometimes they work also in jobs for childrens benefit and other personal reasons which cant be explained always.

To live for betterment many exercise programs are available for women and men apart from general walking that can be done in parks and beaches.exercise programs can be done via going to gyms,doing yoga and pranayam,etc.

These above mentioned are for the physical health maintenance.other natural tonics for mind are the

meditation of various forms namely transcedental meditation,jyothi meditation, etc.



By doing exercise along with meditation we can be 100 % active and feel fresh always and even if we have lots of work to do,the performance is better with good approach and our attitude towards society becomes more refined in a positive manner.

great personalities,models,airhostess of international flights like british airways, luftansa,catay pacific,thai airlines,singapore airlines,malaysian airlines and the whole lots of people who have good health and fitness levels along with helping tendency to serve others in the hospitality sector and hotel industry,fashion industry at international levels are to be respected always and it is better to learn good things from them in a healthy way for our self improvement to reduce weight in case if we happen to be fat.




There is a saying prevention is better than cure,so it is the duty of every individual to take care of his health to get rid of doctors and other medical billing which is expensive. More than paying to doctors ,the suffering is first for the patient if we dont take care of our health. so why should we become a victim in double,one way loosing happiness and suffering and other way paying huge sums to doctor for which sometimes doctors cant guarantee on health conditions.



hence even for small children they need support from sports organisations for all class of people in such a way that every child gets the chance to play any game of childs choice and be happy



In tender hearts of small children the concept of affordability like some children can afford to play tennis some cannot must not come.Children then feel sad. There is nothing wrong that children are born to ordinary parents. who knows they may become neil armstrong one day or einstein.

always the unicef,unesco and who must work with sports organisations together and help children maintain health by playing games and using their valuable energy.



hence i conclude saying that fitness is important to every mankind wherever he lives,for his self improvement in order to get clarity in thought to work better in an everlasting manner
