How to balance between supply and demand in case of fuel?.

India is a developing country, and it is sad to note that, the demand for fuel is increasing,so much, day by day, and there is a big doubt whether the needs will be met or not in terms of supply.Hence the hike in price.
To overcome this problem, it will be better if the investment cost, for fuel is done, by each and every type of industry, or family only on essential conditions, and kept at minimum level of usage.
Also, We have to note that the road width in many roads in india, is not too big,but still there is lots of investment on cars. why?,many times, the cars of corporates in companies never serve a purpose these days, the practical difficulty is employees travelling in car are mostly late to office everyday, and give a solid reason as traffic jam.
the best way of transport to adopt for public welfare, and corporate welfare is to use buses, or trains, for commuting, or even vans. why i suggest strongly for a developing country because, the capacity of the bus or train or van is to make provision for more people to travel , not only that, these transport, if they have good frequency, in several routes, then there is no question of reaching late to office,or school or anywhere.
And investment cost, can be made for these kinds of essential means of transport to a greater extend in terms of manufacturing more buses for public welfare, as well as for corporates welfare,it is better that corporates from automobile industry think deeply on these issues, and come out with good solutions. best quality means of these types of transport must be focused, instead of cars. cars can be used at a minimal level, may be in top management, where 4 people can share the travel trip to work.
However only if the workspot or school is located at a far distance these issues apply, it is however safe to work in a nearby spot.
other means of transport like walking, cycling and scooter, or bikes can be used in majority for minimum distance of travel.again, the people who drive 2 wheelers, must switch off the vehicle, during traffic signals, and restart again when signal is on.
india is not only a developing country, we also have a huge population, so we have meet the needs of transport for billions of people in majority in interstate and intrastate levels , and for that, buses, trains, and vans, are the best economic means of transport in domestic trips.even, flight trips must be planned and issued, for employees , only if needed, otherwise train, can be used for transport, because unwanted trips by flight, increases the usage of fuel.we may think by travelling in flight, we save time, but indirectly, we contribute to fuel consumption in a higher side.
if the people concentrate on other means of better transport which uses less fuel,the country will be benefited and there is every good hope that india can tally demand with supply if planning is done before fuel consumption.
to save india ,from fuel problem, it is better that every industry, uses fuel with efficiency, with a definite purpose, without any wastage.
